I can't download my email and he's giving me all these stupid answers. Then once he found out I wasn't even at home and was accessing my computer through a remote desktop, he refused to offer his so called 'support' anymore. He admitted that they made a change to their email servers last night, but even though I've changed nothing on my end, the problem must reside on my end.
