Dr_Evil_Mouse
Just about any of the tracks from Zappa's *Weasels Ripped My Flesh*, over and over again, and, of course, really loud.
bradm
I'll see your "Weasels Ripped My Flesh" and raise you the "Trout Mask Replica" album by Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band (most any track, but especially "Dachau Blues"). Either that, or "The Pod" by Ween. Aloha, Brad
AdamH
I think the title is "gone gone gone" by Chilliwack. It has this faux-R&B part that makes me very very mad.
TomFoolery
"The Final Countdown" by Europe Of course then you'd have to listen to it yourself...
Kaidy Mae
I'm with the above folks on the Zappa call. The more offensive the better (see lyrics "pre-moistened dumper" etc.) At the Drive In usually gets people up in arms. However, if you are feeling especially evil, grab anything with loud bass, screaching vocals or just plain heavy. Top volume of course. Make sure it skips. Leave the house. Hell, with this scenario almost anything works. I'm Too Sexy is especially annoying...like a cheese grater on my brain.
Paan
Anything by Spandau Ballet or U2... that would drive me nuts.

Gr8FuL
Anything bu FU-Manchu, preferable from either" the action is go" or "california crossing" its a sure fix to get to the neighbors, unless of course they're fans, and they very well could be! I use it to get to my neighbors all the time, they're the Countrey music line dancin types though
