rubberdinghy
The Leaves completely outplayed Ottawa last night, outscored, outchanced and outshot....If it wasn't for Emery in the first, and a little bit of luck the score could have easily been 7-3 Toronto...How many open nets did the leaves miss... Jakis
"We have an honest bunch of guys," said coach Paul Maurice, noting many teams with injuries such as the Leafs would have folded. "... To lose five of our top nine and still be in our position. I've got a lot of time for the people in that dressing room."

Kanada Kev
!Sweet Leafs! Two clutch wins in the past two games. Great comebacks and solid play. Raycroft is pulling his shit together too. HOw can they miss another high stick to Sundin's face last night?!?!?!? Also two plays with Tucker (being pushed into the post, and not negating the icing call). BRUTAL. Great seeing Wellwood back in the lineup too. He adds so much to the offense. Whitey
Mats was f*cking dominant last night. His goal was amazing and he made the opposing d-men look silly. The Leafs were excellent down low and all 4 lines were great. The critics can say all they want but that was another brutal missed call on Mats. Then to make it worse the same player goes down and scores. Great effort last night. Glad to see the healthy bodies return.
Kanada Kev
CONSPIRACY!F the conspiracy. I just know it was a BLOWN call that resulted in the other team scoring.
Kanada Kev
5 - 1? Ouch ...Serves them right for broadcasting on LeafsTV.Does ANYBODY pay to see those games when they have them in the movie theaters? Looking forward to tomorrow night. Both teams are struggling to stay above water. Should be a grinder.

Jaimoe
5 - 1? Ouch ...Serves them right for broadcasting on LeafsTV.News is that LeafTV will be free in the near future to subscribers that use the Rogers box. It's one of the worst sports digital pay channels. Raptors TV blows it out of the water and it's free with the cable box.

Jaimoe
I already get it for free. I asked for a free sports pack trial and it's included. I still haven't watched a game on that channel this year.

Blane
typical CBC leafs homers referring to him as "the goalie" and even Holik. Christ does CBC need some new commentators.
misterh
I am heading to the game tonight.man we need a win. There's talk that Kaberle might return but I hope he doesn't. Give him more time, and coming back against the team that put him out just seems like bad karma.

Kanada Kev
Another monster win tonight. Could you believe the number of posts they both hit?The Belak v Janssen fight was a good one. I couldn't believe how long it lasted.

Booche
The Team 1200 here in Ottawa was playing the Belak-Janssen fight on the radio during our drive in. Lets just say that it sounded like the crowd was going completely wild.
Whitey
Leafs were pretty lucky last night, with the Devils hitting 3 posts and the 2 missed penalty calls. Wade did a great job last night. In the post game interview, he said his arms were still tired.
