localcrew
Wow I never thought I'd be able to walk out my door and 10 minutes later be at a Dead show! ALRIGHT!! I have already made such a pilgrimage to see Levon with the Band so that won't be such a novelty but still very cool! I hope they use a better PA this year though I'm not too optimistic. Great news regardless. Maybe Phil will bring extra subs...?....

Velvet
Also they haven't announced any of the downtown stuff yet, and I've heard they spend significantly more money on downtown acts this year as compared to last year.

Northern Wish
One year to the day since your last outing for DbT?Looks alright, but as has been said: more to come. If this is the year for a letdown I won't be surprised- they are on one hell of a roll since about 2005.
Booche
Douglas and I are already fighting for which nights we want to go to. Big Wooly Mammoth
great lineup IMO, once again. so, furthur plays Ottawa, and I will be in NYC. (note to self - don't book summer vacations until bluesfest is announced.)the consolation is that we are seeing furthur in Philly. but that means missing the first weekend of bluesfest, which is when most of the bands that I want to see will be playing. Freeker
I'll give the line up a B. Only due to the fact that there is no act, I'm currently listening to, on that list. That said there will be tons of great music to see. Also no Stevie Wonder stung a bit but Further DAMN! Nicely done BluesfestAlso Bluesfest's website get a D- for stability
Big Wooly Mammoth
website is always iffy the first day. too much traffic.i really want to see Ozomatli...edited to add....they are playing same time as Levon Helm who I really want to see.both are unlikely as we'll be driving back from Philly that day after seeing furthur the night before.edited to add....also conflicting with Rush.
