The season is slated for a 2011 debut. This season will be set in New York, instead of Los Angeles. Ricky Gervais will guest star in at least one episode of the eighth season,[28] as will Michael J. We watched the finale last night and were howling.Love how they ended it the exact same way as last season but with another locale. Then to hear him start to rant at the shitty car-parker in Paris.Your kid is gay, Hitler moustache, car-seat dildo, shush, was that the Parkinsons, take a bullet, swastika throw pillow, etc. etc. all in one episode!One of the secrets to these great cable shows is their limited number of episodes per season. But HBO are "hopeful" Larry will sign on for a 9th. Apparently this is the first time he hasn't declared "I don't want to do this again" after finishing a season. Not too mention that this season has received the highest ratings to date for the show, with each episode getting more ratings the the previous.
