  1. Oh yeah, it's got a 350 small block Chev in it.
  2. I had a customer take me for a ride in this!!
  3. Diesel gets you about 25% better mileage compared to gas. And I know that VW TDI's actually are not too bad on emissions if they are maintained properly. Maintenance and lubrication are the key!!
  4. if you get a hybrid make sure you know where to get it serviced, not all garages can do them (obviously) If you want a nice fuel efficient car check out the new Taurus. V6, 40 MPG and 263 horsepower and it's nice. Big trunk too so you can fit tons of instruments in it too!
  5. Get a really comfy bed and tons of pillows, works for me. I can sleep twelve hours no problem!
  6. Learning Mandarin? No, maybe I was eating a Mandarin. (orange that is, not a Mandarin person)
  7. I went to Waterloo and don't speak any asian languages, I never understood what anyone was saying.
  8. yep. But i'm a bit green with it too. Sometimes when downloading an album you end up downloading someone's entire library of music. It sucks balls when that happens. Other than that it's been great for me.
  9. YATS! You fish? and I didn't think you could get any cooler. Rock on, darlin'!
  10. How about Ford family pricing until the end of the month?
  11. Put mushrooms in your food and play some Beastie Boys intrumentals! That's how my wedding is going to be!
  12. The best accessory to your Sirius satellite radio is a new Ford! They come with free receivers and six months subscription. Come see Lex at Northway Ford Lincoln in Brantford for your special Jambands.ca discount! 519-753-8691 :P :P
  13. And little girls all over America are looking up to the women in this pageant. What a skewed sense of values is being instilled in the next generation.
  14. I lived in TO for two months and the most creepy thing in the world is the subway at rush hour. It's packed tight, you're snuggling with your neighbour, but nobody talks. Totally surreal. And for the record, I find Americans are way more friendly than Canadians. Mind you, I'm a blue-eyed white girl. I think that would be way different if I weren't white. Small town people in general are way more friendly. I think it's because people in large cities are so much more defensive. The walls they put up are for self-preservation and therefore have strong foundations. Even if those foundations are built upon fear, they tend to be quite ingrained in to the personality.
  15. You know the Neil Young song about being out of the blue and in to the black. That song came on just as I was "borrowing" a truck to come from Blue mountain back to Browntown. I was singing out of the Blue and in to the Brown.
  16. Coolest show ever was when Alice Cooper was on the muppets.
  17. I'd like to be at home with my friends, neighbours and family. I miss ya'll a fuck of a lot. Travelling gets really shitty when you're working all the time and don't have anyone to play with. I'd rather have a shit job and be surrounded by my people than have an alright one and be alone. P.S. I'll see you fuckers on Tuesday, get your drinking shoes on!
  18. I drive whatever my job dictates. Mostly I drive F150's. When I hauled two motorcycles from Montreal to Brantford I only spent about $150 on gas, even though I had close to 2000lbs in the back once you add together the bikes and the ramp. I've done this drive a few times now and I can vouch for the fact that Fords are consistent and reliable vehicles. This one is an '01 extended cab, long box, a very big fucking truck. It has 227 000 miles (not kilometers) and it runs fantastic. I'm thoroughly impressed by the Ford trucks. Proper driving and regular maintenance definitely help. BTW, Jared, when did you start needing leg room and having a job? ;P
  19. I was the best (wo)man at my friend Don's wedding and I just mentioned a few of the nice things he's done and how Erica was making a really good choice marrying him. I talked about how he was my "seeing eye Don" when I lost my glasses at CTMF and how he helped me do everything from cutting my vegetables to driving me everywhere when I broke my arm, he was my right hand man. I thought it was clever, appropriate and nice. You just gotta vouch for your friend, right?
  20. I'LL BE THERE I'LL BE THERE I'LL BE THERE! FUCK YEAH!!! I'M LEAVING MONTREAL TOMORROW MORNING! FUCK YEAH!!
