I just need some advise, not to hire someone. I need to come back to the big wigs by Friday with a strategy and I'm hitting a wall.

I am loving this thread. bouche is on French course this month which explains the lack of daytime posts and why the thread hasn't been moved yet. I'm sure it's coming.

I need to devise a strategy to announce some change. I already did a Google search but am uninspired. Any experts on here whose brain I can pick?

I think it's the other way around d-jango. The show's final season was the last one. All the writers, crew, actors, etc. made plans to move onto their next projects. They taped and aired what they and the audience thought was the final episode. Then the network brought up a breach of contract or something and they all had to come back to make another season. The first episode of this season makes reference to that a couple times. Perhaps that would explain why almost every episode is missing a cast member of some sort. Maybe they had made other obligations at the time they thought Scrubs was wrapping up. I don't fully understand it, so don't take my word for it.

Jaybone-ism You have 2 cows. You season choice cuts with salt and pepper and then drop them in a really hot pan. Wait for it to form a nice crust and then flip. For a sauce, you create a nice Pernod Cream Sauce. Dice a shallot and some garlic and fry it in some butter. Cook it down (but don't let it brown) and add some a shot of pernod. Reduce and add about a 3/4 cup of cream. Let it reduce by half. Taste, season- add more Pernod if the flavour isn't strong enough and finish with some butter. Spoon it over the cow and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.

This link says that the movie focuses on the early life of Jerry. The quote in the first post say it focuses on the final years. Are there two different Jerry projects in the works?
