Bethel was amazing all around. The venue is perfect, the weather was perfect, the band was tight. The 2nd night was the best show, but set 1 and C&P on first night were awesome too. I liked the first show a lot, but was on the lawn for that one...it would have been nutty up close i'm sure. Night 3 was good but not like the other 2 nights. VERY good for tour opener IMO, it's gonna be a good tour!

a yummy thing to go with bread, and super easy (if you buy the pesto), is this 3-layer spread... -a box of cream cheese -basil pesto -sundried tomato pesto or puree layer this with the cream cheese in the middle, chill in a terrine/bowl and then turn out. or you can just form it into a mountain

i love making home yogurt, but don't have a culture at the moment. never tried dairy free yogurt. maybe could give it a try...does it taste good?
