    what channel

CBC Halifax - Mercer Report, 22 Minutes, the Tudors. HBO HD - True Blood CTV HD - Indecision '08
  2. Perhaps the correct term would be 'Criminals'
  3. If we must give, we must have the option to receive. Footrubs, Backrubs, Oral Sex, concillatory flowers... And in that, we must have the option to trade flowers for whiskey. Why watch your love for me wilt and die when we can get drunk together? Flowers don't do shots.

God bless all of you. And if you don't believe in God, I hope you get some nice surprises tomorrow.

Holding to Secularism as people hold to Religion is entirely anti-effective and serves to polarize peoples. To Govern and influence society solely based upon religion or secularism while not taking into account the important messages and values in both, whichever be the case, ultimitely serves to be caustic, nearsighted, and narrowminded, as rules and directives often stand in the way of genuine progress and community support. Diversity and prosperity follow few hard rules and generally follow ethics over morality. I hope I see a day where people can prosper by acting morally and having little need for ethics-based lifestyle guidelines.
  6. Imagine...weed giving dudes huge raging boners... ...tourists... ...in the red light district... It's only smart marketing.
  7. I hope that you're in a position to not have that be a line. If you're not then by all means use what you can.
  8. on a budget? You'd have to get involved in the business side of it which is mentally taxing as you probably notice on the faces of the crackheads in the city. It's doable... ...unfortunately.
  9. It's not our fault we pass out after sex, it's your fault for being just so damn amazing.
  10. oh yeah, and if that crackhead posts on the board, the crack pipe program hasn't been shut down again so you don't need to steal to buy your pipes. You'll just have to go to Rideau and Nelson to the Sandy Hill Health Centre. They have a harm reduction site there.
  11. So Who Kissed Who? The Nazi or the Nazi's Lover?
  12. Discrete Luggage! Black is great, or a dark cover/blanket to cover it and make it blend into the back seat... Yet another incentive to tint those windows and have a keyless entry system To bad we have to lock our cars. Wouldn't it be nice if Rural/Small town living in Canada were more attractive to more cosmopolitan people? Pray for the planners of the future!
  13. I'm so glad I got out to see Garaj again. It was a pretty laid back show and I was stoked to see the Moog Guitar in action. Fareed got that axe to play like a B3 more than I've ever thought possible. It was great to see him impress me more than ever before - especially since I've seen that guy do some crazy things on guitar. Kai Eckhart is easily the gem in the crown of Garaj Mahal. What a perfect musician. Everything perfectly in place, perfectly complex, and perfectly stated. I think it could be said similarly for everyone on stage last night, but it Kai did it all most effortlessly. Not saying he didn't try - but he didn't have to try. It just poured out of that hot rodded P Bass. Like honey from a hot jar, that guy kept us sweet. Amazed again by Eric Levy's keys. A Nord Stage, Little Phatty, and a couple of Moogerfoogers...probably the most versatile keyboard rig I've heard - played so well. I know I could google it...but I'm not gonna - that drummer! I forget his name, but I hope he'll be playing with Garaj for years to come. He has the strongest voice of the band, let alone the perfect deep pocket for this band to really let loose while a crowd just keeps on groovin'. I'm so glad that the lineup changed, as this is the first time Garaj Mahal didn't lose me at any point of the night. Remember - Tell your friends! I'm glad this little tour came through to Ottawa. What a real treat! I'm so very glad I don't have anything that would make me hesitate imploring anyone to see this band. What a great, Laid back Garaj Mahal show. Tight grooves, a comfortable band, and some intense lines. Easily the best garaj/fareed experience I've had to date.
  14. What about songs with riffs and teasers that come straight from other songs by other bands?
  15. If you're really mad just shrink her underwear. It's not so much that it's fun to go shopping for panties, but her modelling them on a trip in the hotel room should provide some great memories. Just make sure the pictures don't make their way into the album you show the grandkids.
  16. No, Harper planned his Cock-us meticulously.
  17. What truly sets Echolution apart are the Multi-Tap toggle switches which introduce any combination of five additional echoes at musical fractions of the master delay time. The values of these fractions are based on quarter notes and triplets. Engaging the PHI switch realigns all of these fractions to values based on the Golden Ratio. The Golden Ratio creates a spiral rhythm that is found throughout the universe. It is observed in the shapes of galaxies, sea shells, DNA, the Egyptian Pyramids as well as in the work of many great musicians. It can also be used for looping. Phi Echolution It's a wah, it's a volume, it's an envelope filter. It's made in Sweden and I think I want one. WahOne Anybody ever play any of these?
  18. Stoned Phillips wears Cashmere Panties! Now that's extreme comfort!
  19. I think the best rule is to never wash your woman's clothes if you don't know how to read the care instructions. I'm a big guy and ladies' clothes tend to look small to me shrunken or not. Don't ever make the mistake of shrinking their undies, even if the idea sounds tempting fellas.
  20. +1 on the weak pull. If CBC's gonna ever get it right they're gonna have to work on their handjobs.
