  2. Great list there but I sure hope you aren't holding your breath for this one!!!
  3. Yes that is something to look forward to. All I can say is wow. Hamilton garage punk meets New York City. Should be interesting. Im so frikking out of touch with the music world.
  4. Remember to not just think about the price. Its the user experience. With a Mac you will not have to worry about Virus, Spyware and malware problems. Don't believe the BS out there its not happening on the Mac.
  5. I remember talking to Schools on the train thingy in Hartsfield International back in 99 before the NYE shows. He also at that time alluded to the fact that they werent the biggest fans of the border crossing.
  6. ah ha ha, It's at this point I often find myself looking at the Sirius thinking to myself WTF is this crap and am reminded about Keller. I don't mind his Panic covers mind you but that Tweaker under the Speaker has to go.
  7. Eric the Midget Retard's feed can be seen through this link I beleive http://www.johnnyfrattosocialclub.com/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1

    Coachella

Strange that Daniel Ash would be there as Love & Rockets. I thought Bauhaus was putting out a new album so I would have thought that Bauhaus would be touring this year not L&R.
  9. Aaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, there's a bad song that I haven't thought about in years.
  10. Daimler Chrysler still offers the better option. 1 year of programming. But hey whos kidding who here a $100 or $200 freebie on a $20,000+ purchase
  11. congrats for being there all, it was a great game for a Sunday afternoon on TV too
  12. Sara, What you do with the boombox is you take the Head Unit out of the car. And then put it in the boombox. It is sort of like and iPod Speaker Dock per se. You can go ahead and buy another receiver for it if you want but then you will have to pay for another subscription. The easiest thing at home is to use the online streaming which you are entitled to as a subscriber. The quality isnt great but it does work. I use a program on the Mac called StarPlayr. I'm sure there are Windows equivalents. You can always stream via the SiriusCanada website anyhow. BTW, I finally found some of the CD's, not many mind you maybe 10 or 15. I haven't counted. Ill take another peek for the stickers and then send me on the way to you guys. Happy New Year 08 will be grand for you guys.
  13. we got the Sirius Factory installed in the Grand Caravan last summer. Sucks that there is no text display pfft. Bought the Starmate 4 for my work car, and I move that unit to the van when the family goes out simply so I can get the reminders and see what I am listening to. Jenn was streaming online but the micro zapper would kill the WiFi stream to the stereo so I bought her the Conductor for the house. That my Sirius listening friends is the bees knees for home systems as far as I am concerned. Comes with a fantastic learning remote that shows the artist and song on the remotes display. Great for being a couch junkie. I do find however that I use it like the TV remote and surf constantly through the channels looking for something else to listen to. The best is you can use it anywhere, it doesn't need line of sight to the head unit which is tiny. Howard 100 is for the car on my own or at work. With 2 boys under 2 learning to talk there are a few words that I could do without them learning at this age. The History of Howard over the holidays was GREAT. Other than that its GD, Coffee House, First Wave, Jam-On, The Blues, Reggae Riddim has heavy heavy rotation and whatever else our hearts desire. Living in the near north I love my Sirius. We have 3 subscriptions.
  14. I have a couple of the Airport Routers w. Airtunes. Works fantastically with my Mac. Streaming to 2 different locations. Can control my iTunes via WiFi with my Palm TX for remote song changes, browse library etc. I love it on the Mac, Windows my be different.
  15. To bump a story from a few months back it looks like we in Ontario have just been issued new licenses approved by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators. The same folks who brought you these hologrammed ones in the states. It will be interesting to see if ours has this new logo on the back as well. If it does I guess this conspiracy stuff will be further validated.
  16. Japanese Deadhead!!! Awesome. Just a wee bit of smog over in China. That's going to be great for the athletes at next summers olympics.

  19. Tha backing horn arrangements are fine but the over the top Kenny G'esque solo's throughout the song make me want to bust out the crackers and grapes to serve along with the fromage.
  20. That I can't do. Really really wish I could. Im away from the house for a couple nights this week already for work and cant leave the twins for a fun night in the city.
  21. Well we've got a good race going on up here in the Near North. It would be interesting to see Shane Jolley win the first Green Parliament Seat in Canada. The race is tight and I'm not sure if it will happen though.
  22. Oh I guess I should have paid attention to that. Ding Dang I guess I'll have to do the surprise without the tickies.
  23. Has anyone seen their tickets yet?? For anyone that has used Musictoday before how long does it normally take for the tickies to arrive. One of mine is a gift for someone who still thinks he's not getting to see Neil because his wife was too slow on the phone lol. Id like to take the pressure off her if I can.
