man o man i feel your pain with the big word files. i regularly write and edit 40+ page documents for work with tables, graphs, ToCs, footnotes etc and it took awhile for me to really learn Word the way it's supposed to be known. it's a great program and now that i know how to do everything properly rather than "manually" i don't tend to have these buggy issues. i didn't know the F9 trick, i'll have to try that next time. good luck with your work Blane!

yeah i drove by a station near kingston and warden this morning and the sign said 00.0 and the dude said "no gas" the CN rail strike is contributing to the shortage too i think...there's gas here though. i think it's just TO/GTA

it's got a pretty good cast though, fugit from almost famous and the girl from donnie darko...i think they balance out the other two. pastor skip's back flips are awesome. when i first watched it, it was so eerie, cause, that's what it's really like. hands up in the air and everything.
