Boursin with on sesame flavoured rice crackers is a good time. Camembert with some sliced, carmelized pears on lightly toasted dark rye can be a great thing. Boschetto al Tartufo (italian truffle cheese - oh god is this shit fucking amazing!) on toasted baguette drizzeled with some really nice olive oil and sprinkled with coarse sea salt. FTW.

Typepad is pretty easy and relatively cheap Todd - check those guys out. That's what I used for the GelaSkins blog for a couple years until we just moved over to wordpress.
