guigsy
thought it'd be a good time to revive this... and Dave-O, missed that earlier, good score, brother, that album kicks ass... anyways.... currently listening to... PHISH!! A LIVE ONE!!! it was afterall, the first ANYTHING of Phish i ever heard... it was 1995, and i was staying a weekend with my aunt and uncle, at the impressionable young age of 15, my cousin Mark says to me "scotty, you have to listen to this!" and puts on You Enjoy Myself... i didnt get it... then i put on Bouncing Round The Room, and i fucking got it! the rest is history.... (once i got through a live one, he put on some Ween, pork roll egg and cheese, specifically, and again, the rest is history...)

secondtube
it was crazy how phish flew under the radar, even in those later years! if you didn't have a big brother, or an older friend, and were born in the 80's, chances are you wouln't know who phish were. for me, it was a coupla friends saying, come check phish out, you'll like 'em. never looked back!
