Also there have been no concerts (except the Nero weekend which was great, but went by way too fast)It has really brought me down. anyone else suffering? January is probaably the lamest month of the year....I find it's good to just be happy about the small things in life.. like a cup of tea or going for a walk. St. John's wort ang 5HTP are good ways to kind of help out with the blaaaah feeling. However, misery loves company and last night I started with my old habits again and was drinking rye from the bottle, I really had no use for a glass, it would just mean I'd have to put down my drink to fill it up repeatedly. I think my trip in early january helped it though.. but hey we're in february now.. so this winter craps almost over kinda.. I just think of camping and hiking and the smell of flowers and grass big hugs to ya cully and others no worries.. I felt kinda junky on Christmas day but just think Spring is coming!!
