i googled but no actual stores seem to be around? i just need some clown makeup and whatnot. i can order this stuff online but it's pretty expensive to do it that way so i thought i'd see if you skanks knew of a place in town. thanks!

some temporary stores show up in malls and elsewhere this time of year. last year there was one in the St. Laurent Centre. the same company had a store on Elgin where Goldsteins market used to be.

the party store is amazing!! well maybe amazing is a strong word, but there is a lot of fun stuff there... i bought my tinkerbell accessories there...

also for fun clothes, ragtime on i think arlington is great. they have lots of wigs and accessories too.

Spirithalloween on merivale is by far the funnest and most complete halloween costume shop i've seen. Those monster blowouts are mostly cheap crap with an extreme lack of variety. Walk into spirithalloween with a couple of ideas and you'll be able to piece nearly anything together. I nearly changed my entire concept after seeing the insane scary clown masks that they had, but realized that a mask like that would be hard to wear all night.
