Dr_Evil_Mouse
Here's a good start - 2007 List . I think there are others, but I suck at using the search feature here. Or maybe it's getting late and I'm tired.

backbacon
I just yesterday ordered this one from the CBC shop, thinking it quite interesting. "Sounds of the Season brings together some of Canada’s brightest stars as they interpret their favorite traditional and not so traditional holiday carols. The musical styles are as diverse as the carols themselves exploring the influences of hip hop, reggae, gospel blues, R & B, Latin and global rhythms." Also, this one is pretty wild! The Little Drummer Boy/Silent Night/Auld Lang Syne medley is beautiful!

thomson
Download a free compilation of holiday songs by Canadian artists here. Artists include:By Divine RightGreat Lake SwimmersBasia BulatInflight SafetyWoodpigeonLief Vollebekk"A follow up to last years Ho Ho Ho Canada, Ho Ho Canada Deux hopes to provide an antidote to hearing the same old Christmas tunes year after year. This year we put the call out early to some of our favourite artists to see if they wanted to be involved- and what a response we had- 30 tracks in all including 15 songs that have been specially recorded for us. The compilation includes new compositions, covers, traditional songs (including one in Norwegian), the occasional curse word (you have been warned), and sleigh bells and festive cheer aplenty. We’d like to thank all of the artists involved for their time and effort in putting this together-please be sure to click on their names to find out more about them and find out what they are up to in the next few months. The artwork was created by Jon Janes using an image of Clear Creek, Yukon by Michael Edwards."

Northern Wish
My parents bought a few Steel Drum Christmas cds while in the Carribean a few years ago. This isn't the same one, but I can't imagine them being all that different either:
