I don't think they are similar at all. The Kings of Leon have this new gen. southern rock thing happening and the Killers are more hipster rock with a slight groove. Depends what you want but not similar in my opinion.

There needs to be an official policy on how to deal with these juice monkey's. Great line up and makes up for last years Kanye/Metallica debacle. I have been to 4 Bonnaroo's and my fear is that it will be too big to enjoy. The last one I went to was 90,000 and it was very hard to get around and eneded up having to make tough choices on what too miss and what to see. i am also sure ti will be the biggest ever as everyone shut out of the Phish shows will go there. Great line up, hope they can handle it.

I think you are totally right. I think the reality is a lot of b-ball stars don't want to play up here. We're to laid back and not as alpha-male about our sports and don't worship them like gods. Frankly I've seen many Raptors in my daily life downtown and never once felt the urge to talk with them or get an autograph. To me they are just like me except way taller and make more money. But who cares. And therein perhaps is the problem as you state, we want a winning team and not a collection of celebs that are worried about individual stats and shoe deals. I also think many of them have most, if not all, of their family in the US so that can be a tough thing to manage. [color:red]I'm so tired of this half-assed excuse for a basketball team.

I too have lost respect for Layton (who I did like in the beginning). He has shown himself to be a sore looser and just another politician desperate to gain power without a thought to Canada as a whole. All the losers are pathetic.

I feel the same way. Live nation may be better service charge wise but they can't handle the volume. I personally had tickets to Jones beach in my hand to order 3 times and each time I went to prss the buy button I timed out, got an error code and was kicked back to the front page. Terrible experience!

How did you get through? Do you have a T1 connection or something?

Why can't these ticket sellers get it right? At 10:01, the whole site is frozen you can even get thought to "possibly" order tickets. The search won't work and if you do get through when you click on buy it just freezes. BRUTAL! At least ticketmaster could handle the volume.
