There are a few artists on there who are perennials: Béla Fleck (though not the original Flecktones), Sam Bush, YMSB, Emmylou Harris and Jerry Douglas, to name a few. But like I said, doesn't make it any less incredible. Awesome. Yeah I was quoting you cause I agreed with everything you said (minus my lack of knowledge about the potential predictability, which by the way sounds like some damn fine staples). And Karin, that picture is breathtaking.

Well I don't know enough about the festival to know how predictable the line-up is, but it looks absolutely fantastic to my eyes...

I think the desperate claims and pleas for affirmation of his 'rockstar' status are rather needy and pathetic. Its pretty transparent really. Not sure who he's trying to convince. Hopefully he's enjoying this part of the ride I guess.

Its just hitting home how few movies I have seen lately, I haven't caught any of the nominees other than Winter's Bone, which I thought was fantastic, albeit stark and depressing. Couldn't manage to stay tuned in to the show though.

I have a not so faint recollection of Los Lobos busting out a Bertha. I had a blast.
