  1. Says the guy who just made Frayler shirts. Go get'em Sharon. I like the name.
  2. Have fun O-dot! I love reading about the high lights and low lights!

    Superball menu

For all those concerned, we managed to eat pretty damn well. Dinners included the aforementioned low country boil, steaks, Spiedy marinated chicken wraps, ribs AND wings. Breakfast and lunches were real yummy as well! I never bought one meal at the vendors (although some of it looked good) and we also fed lots of friends and neighbours. Our whole group contributed but a big shout out to Chad (Rossolee) who did lots of the organizing and cooking. Good job crew!
  4. That was an all around disappointing series. The talent level just wasn't even close to the US version. Canada has tons of great chefs, but most of them have pretty good gigs already and (I'm guessing) can't take the time away from their kitchens to compete.
  5. As an added bonus, the RV next to us left to find flatter ground at the exact moment that a few carloads of friends (Ottawa crew plus Pete and Tasha) pulled up so they got to camp with us! Pretty sweet considering no one had an RV companion pass and we didn't meet up before hand.
  6. That was a damn fine weekend! The music was great, weather was perfect and the friends were mediocre! Throwing down the extra cash for Glen Close was well worth it, in my opinion. We had a really sweet set up and no complaints.

It seems they are more concerned with produce these days. And terrorists.
  8. I'm itching to hear a down and dirty Twist. 3.0 hasn't really taken this tune out for a proper ride (at least not that I can remember). It's due for a proper second set treatment.

    Superball menu

Looks like we are doing up a seafood boil the first night. Cap'n'Highliner sponsored us with 5lbs shrimp, 5lbs scallops as well as a kg of smoked salmon (breakfast with bagels). We also have a case of steaks and a case of Nathan's hot dogs. I'll likely make a warm potato salad to go with the steaks. Picking up the rest of the food when we cross the border, but we are off to a solid start!
  10. Cool read if you are a phish nerd- like many of us around these parts.
  11. Either way, he got screwed. So much for the guarantee.

    BEER!!

Sorry Jaimoe. I was referring to Magic Hat #9. My mind is pretty focused toward the Phish fest this weekend and canned beer is what is allowed. I don't mind Duggan's #9, but most folks who are in to beer are VERY familiar with Magic Hat's #9. It's been around for a long time (10+ years). I question Duggan's choice of name.
  13. Thanks! I sent him a PM.

    BEER!!

I've heard over on PT that you can buy #9 and Harpoon in cans! Good news for SB9 attendees! I also will likely be spending some time sampling brews at The Beers of the World Tent!
  15. Hi folks, I have a buddy in Burlington who is going to the Ball solo. He is looking to share a ride with someone, if they have space or he could drive. If anyone is interested, drop me a line and I will put you in touch. He is hoping to leave on Thursday. Jay
  16. Happy B-day dude! Tie one on proper!
  17. I think very little work will get done this week. Pumped.
  18. Sounds great! I sure wish I could have been there. Glad those who went had their minds blown!
  19. Torn'n'Frayed C&P Izabella Steam Ghost (I always want to hear Ghost)
