The last 5 we have played have been:

Jughead - Uncorked

The Grateful Dead - Without A Net (lost my copy almost a decade ago, found it used for 14$)

Bill Frisell Dave Holland and Elvin Jones - LOVE IT BABY!

Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots

Phish - 12-11-97, new matrix download, EXTREMELY disappointing sound quality.

Elvis Costello - My Aim Is True

Elvis Costello - This Years' Model

Tom Waits - Heartattack and Vine

Gram Parsons - GP/Grievous Angel

Pat Metheny - Watercolors

I seem to be going through a complete Elvis Costello fascination lately... I've also been listening to Imperial Bedroom, Punch the Clock, Armed Forces and Almost Blue. I think I have a problem...

Its really laid back thats for sure.Just awesome Dylan I guess, very short, only two songs but very sweet.I don't recall why he was playing there,I think at a tribute show for someone maybe.

Man, half my list is already on here. That's wild.

1) Rich Robinson - Paper [saw him when he came through Toronto at the end of last year, show was awesome, album may be better. Vocals are a little weak but songwriting makes up for it big time.]

2 and 3) North Mississippi Allstars - 2003-10-01 Lee's Palace, Toronto [My first NMA show, and I was hooked. After a year and a half of solid fandom, seeing them twice more, and collecting almost a hundred boots, this one is still my favourite. Progressive Deadhead blues at its finest.]

4) Joel Plaskett Emergency - Down at the Khyber [No explanation necessary, stunning record. My latest obsession is the pedal steel swell in the chorus of Unconditional Love]

5) Grateful Dead - American Beauty [Was in Toronto for the weekend and had to make a quick trip back the Hammer, and then turn around and come back. It was on the shelf so I grabbed it, and became the soundtrack to the drive there and back. Nice to revisit the old discs I haven't listened to front-to-back in a while.]

Creaking Tree String Quartet - Side Two (very disappointing purchase)

Really? That's too bad. What don't you like about it? I haven't heard the album, but I've heard a few tracks on the radio that sounded great.

It's really quite bland, sounds like a poor-man's Zubot & Dawson to me. I may have set my expectations too high though.
