bradm
Sweet! Are those nylon strings on it? How is it tuned? How does it sound through a looper? (I didn't get anything nearly that neat.) Aloha, Brad
dave-O
Yes nylon strings. One of the tuning pegs needs repair so its not exactly playable right now. Not sure if I'll tune it like a ukulele, guitar or banjo... probably uke though.

DevO
I got a nice coffee table book that I've been wanting for a long time now. Its called Where Music Comes From by photographer Nubar Alexanian. For 5 years he followed around the musicians that inspire him, and tried to document what it is that inspires them in making their music. He travels and hangs out with musicians such as Paul Simon, Phillip Glass, Phish, Emmylou Harris, Wynton Marsalis, Junior Wells. Pretty cool! bouche
Even at 35, toys are a great thing to get. Like a Star Wars game for the Nintendo DS, or a martini set!Radiohead fans...if you recall the cards that they were selling at the concerts last June, I have a set of them and they are now FRAMED for display in our house. That was a nice surprise.Season 8 of M*A*S*H along with 5 and 6 of Seinfeld will keep me on the couch in my jammies quite easily. We watched an entire disc of season 5 yesterday. That show is priceless.
