Spend slightly less on booze (drink at home instead of at a bar) and you'll have more to spend on other things, or more to spend on music. I've been in debt for the last year or so and am about to be VISA and Loan free again. There was no real strategy to it, I made plenty of mistakes along the way, but what helped was tracking all of my expenses over the last couple of months.
