I know he's not around the board as much lately but I also know it's not for a lack of love, he's just a busy boy.

But we love him don't we? So, without getting into too much personal detail, our man Tim is in the hospital for his surgery today - it's been years of waiting - and I just want to wish him all the best and a speedy recovery. What he's in for will ultimately help save someone else's life and Tim doesn't have to do this, he's doing it because Tim's just an A+ dude like that.
