I need some good vibes as I interviewed for a new position on Monday and have yet to hear from the Hiring Manager. I felt confident that I had it, but the longer I wait the more nervous I get. The job is with the same company, but a less stressful position with the potential to make a lot more money. I really want this guys. Vibes please. It's only Wednesday, so don't despair yet. They have to get in touch with your references and discuss that together...did they ask for references?
